People fixate on the larger US cities but the problem is broader. I remember having to exit off the interstate in baltimore in the early 2000's. The street had a high number of potholes deep enough to wreck a car going over 20mph. Flynt, Michigan wasn't mismanagement. It was the result of an almost exclusively black community only electing black crooks to get one over on whitey while never paying their water bill. If you want clean tap water, your community must pay their bills and have a low number of niggers in govt. Most 'mysteries' of the liberal world are easily explained and don't require the hoops they jump thru to suck the black communities dick for votes.
