so the government can say you dotn have to pay us back for the loans and the colleges can say the same thing about the money owed them totally legal ...since the are so magnanimous...after all ...lol but they will not bc it has nothing to do with the students and helping them ..it is about the colleges in collusion with big government stealing tax payers money to line their pockets
