This is likely because they already have an NFA case on the books. This case is far reaching well beyond the bump stock issue.

This is bad and just leads me to believe that the Bruen decision was a means of further giving the (((ATF))) more authority by not enforcing the constitution as the WV v EPA laid out. This in addition to how the wording of the Bruen decision was jewish.
