The leftists like to boast the court cases were dismissed. That was on a procedural issue called standing. The courts didn't give hearing to the evidence. The courts only got rid of the case upfront and unbelievably said that the plaintiffs could not seek redress from the court or under a statute, court was UNWILLING to provide a remedy and didn't want to apply the statutes, two-tier justice system.
Yep, states violated their own laws and the courts were like, "meh".
She's right and cnn acting so shocked yet they all lie about damn near every aspect of Jan. 6th and treat Patriots like criminals and insurrectionist while giving others like Ray Epps carte blanche.
