I agree, but these lizards have created these complicated structures over the decades that force those in office to rely on DS players to enable the elected to do their jobs. I'd be all for wiping out complete Federal organizations and rebuilding them fresh with a much simpler framework.
As far a term limits, I think 20 years would be more than ample time to serve one's country. Half of a working lifetime. Even less might be better. I doubt we would lose any real brainpower, just potentially corrupt relationships at that limit. No more Joe Biden lifetime achievement participation awards.
