No. Also after a search has been served then throwing it out is 100% irrelevant. I forget the name of it but DAs have this way of gaining evidence illegally then constructing a story to create cause to get a warrant for the evidence they got illegally (after the fact) so now that they know it exists they can construct a story to go find it.
