Student loans forgiveness is a classic example of politicians (Biden) trying to take credit for solving a problem that they created. The obvious solution here is to have student loans dischargeable in bankruptcy and have the educational institution responsible for at least the majority of the debt incurred when discharged. This prevents schools from charging too much for bullshit majors and forces them to keep costs down while providing sufficient employment opportunities with their education.
