I encourage anyone who lives in CA to set their thermostat to 55 degrees. I also encourage people to burn car tires when it gets cold if there are gas shortages. No reason for CA to suffer just so the elite can live in well air conditioned mansions and fly around in private jets. I guarantee the millions of illegals consuming taxpayer funds won't be making any sacrifices.
