A call for impeachment is required for his active call for violence due to his handlers panicking with his horrifyingly terrible 38% approval rating. Just a few points above 1/3 of the populace. He won't win this one. This horrible speech calling for violence and civil war is the last thing he wants. He'd be dead for treason.
Oh yeah.. his handlers noticed the backlash and forced the dementia ridden old grandpa with no political or oratory skills to reverse the next day.
