When the left compares with Killary's documents storage at home, they always conveniently forget that she had no authority as Secretary of State to declassify and that President Trump had the Constitutional power and authority as President to declassify.

However, President Trump and others in government under records preservation law and rules can't change markings ( it is called deface, alter under those rules). So once stamped or marked, it keeps the markings even if it is later fully declassified or if partially declassified with redactions.
