what soldier would be willing to go to a place you have a strategic dissadvantage, that you lost once before due to incompetence of management, where when you lost it americans were left stranded while corrupt officials boarded planes with palates of cash. man that was such a fucking shit show moral would be destroyed before even setting boots on the ground
