Problem: We can only force unconstitutional laws upon those who receive government money or special licensing.

Solution: Force everyone to take government money or require special licensing.

Your ability to travel, own property, engage in commerce or trade, grow food, obtain an education, drink water, or breathe is not a right. It's a privilege - our suffocating licensing and tax and refund schemes say so.
