California and New York are already preparing legislation that will render any concealed carry permit meaningless since it will outlaw carrying on private property without permission, in public parks, on public transportation, at government buildings, within 1000 feet of a school, at any gathering of more than 100 people, churches, etc. It also bans having a firearm in your vehicle, even locked up, to prevent you from carrying and then storing it while you visit prohibited places.

Yeah, that's the issue. These people will defy the SC and the Constitution because there are no consequences for them when they do.
A court could enjoin the state from enforcing any new firearms legislation until it has been adjudicated and found to be compliant with the Constitution. They won't do it, but they could.
