For those who want to practice low-level civil disobedience you can adopt the following practices which will hopefully gum up the works for government AI (especially if widely adopted):
1) Pay anything owed to any government by check (or even cash if there is a local office - get a receipt), 2) In general, pay near or on the last day - preferably by mail (or certified mail), 3) Start asking questions of any agency that is bothering you. Asking questions until you have a full understanding of what is going on is not a crime. If you don't mind causing a little trouble, ask them to define words for you, because there can be a different meaning between common language and government-speak, 4) Always get the automatic six-month extension on filing your taxes if you are confident you don't owe anything. If they owe you, get filed early and get your money, preferably by check. 5) If possible don't do anything by direct deposit or automatic payment - all this data goes straight into their computers. It costs a little bit and is a bit of a bother, but use checks and stamps. 6) Don't call government agencies - always communicate by writing and ask them to write you back.
In general, don't make it easy for them to track your purchases.
There are a lot more ideas out there - good luck!

Could set up a website to make this easier. Centered, in large bold text:
how many people joined and filed
how much the federal government has lost on interest due to the intervening time period combine with inflation and interest rates.
Like if real rates are 0.5%, and say enough people joined to reach $1 million in taxes owed (just as an example), and they filed collectively, and chose not to withhold (but pay at the end of the year, at the last available date for filing), the site would say "we have cost the government $5,000 total in lost revenue from interest rates and inflation. Join today to grow this amount!"
As long as everything is legal and by the book, theres nothing they can do to anyone for costing them the interest they would normally accrue from withholding. They could of course break down peoples doors to use violence to force compliance or as a form of political terrorism to discourage dissidents from joining the movement. And that is what we should expect of them at this point. Likewise the courts that are "on our side" lately--don't expect any timely remedy from them. They only pulled out the stops now to rally the various bases on the uniparty to participate in the junta's fake elections.
