If you're making the case to me that we need to dismantle the overwhelming majority of the Federal government, you're preaching to the choir. I'd wind it down to the 10th, then establish a committee to review and resubmit (if applicable) anything past that.
I just spray it to anyone so that there is less support of both "sides" of the uniparty. That is the only way to see a new system rise. A complete breakdown and removal of the old. While people participate and support the government we are doomed. We should excommunicate family and friends who are cops and government employees. Actively exclude them. Call them jack-boots. Work hard to bleed good people from the active duty military condem and sling shit at any that refuse to leave it. Same with the guard and reserves. Disavow and insult them all off a cliff.

This is so unlikely to happen that it is almost a dream. A different tack would be a dissolution of the union and the creation of two or more new countries.
