While the IRS should be disbanded (or prosecuted under RICO), 5 million rounds isnt that much for 80,000 agents. You wouldnt qual someone on a firearm after only 62 rounds.

They don't. They should have to partner with independent law enforcement to do collections and enforcement. There's no need for the nation's accountants to be armed.

But you gotta sell weapons and ammo to someone, I suppose.
