There were two RINOs that voted for the bill but I've yet to find out who they were. Without those YEA votes, it would have been a 215-215 tie (assuming they'd vote against it) so they are responsible for it's passage.

What does the bill ban?

A lot of semi automatics and high cap magazines. It covers rifles AND pistols. old stuff gets grand fathered in. You need to have an ffl to transfer weapons so no private sales anymore.

Well it hasnt passed yet. I wrote to my rep in ky that helped draft the bill telling him to vote no. I also told him he knows what hes doing. Disarming american citizens is what it is.
