If you can sue a gun company for crimes committed with its product, you can sue a hardware store when someone uses a hammer to bash in someone else's skull. It makes no rational sense. But then, neither does the Democratic Party.

Yet another tentacle of the tyranny of the majority reaching around the constitution to grasp and strangle lawful citizens. I picture tyranny behind a mostly closed door extending its suckered, twitching arms though the gap between door and frame. The door is labelled U.S. Constitution and those pushing against the beast are lawful citizens. Each tentacle is labelled for a leftist political issue: "gun control", "equity", "pandemic", "social justice", "green energy", etc. The tentacles are appearing at increasing frequency snatching more and more citizens away to their deaths before being beaten back. Eventually, too many tentacles will appear and the barrier will fail.
