But forcing Biden out is not the problem the Democrats have to solve. When his handlers tell him that he has to retire he will do so immediately, citing sudden health problems. To raise the chances of the next presidential candidate, he has to become the replacement for Biden first. Then he can score with the voters by reversing some of Biden's errors. The Republicans will do exactly that after the midterms and all the candidate has to do is to claim that he himself did it. This can be done by replacing the President with the candidate. Or the candidate replaces Harris and does all the press conferences and speeches, while Biden remains President but becomes almost invisible. In both cases there is no need to force Biden out by bad press, and the real problem the Democrats have to solve first is how to get rid of Kalamity Harris.
