No such thing as the white part of town anymore. When they shut down project housing they spread the blight makers all over the burbs and have been pushing affordable housing and section 8 from the state level down ever since.

It gets darker and darker out here every day as the city leeches felons and welfare queens to every place decent, and progressive village councils attempt to out diversify each other to take them in.
