Several factors come to mind:
We are breeding for stupid. We protect those of lowest intelligence and feed them, allowing them to have many children, who are also stupid. And the cycle expands exponentially. Our society actually encourages the lowest intelligence members (niggers) to breed, because having babies gains government support in the form of monthly checks. The more babies, the more money. At the same time society punished those of higher intelligence (whites) by giving them little or no aid for their children. Having children is a financial burden for working whites, but a financial bonanza for blacks (and welfare whites, or white niggers).
We keep the stupid alive longer, preventing their stupid actions from causing their deaths. This is the welfare cradle. Seat belts, crash helmets, child-resistent caps on drug bottles, gun laws, fireworks laws, prohibition of certain weapons such a butterfly knives, health care, all safety features in our society are designed to protect the stupid from death, allowing them to breed.
Contaminants in our food and water reduce the intelligence of children. Fluoride is one such example. Lead and other heavy metals affect intelligence. It may be that a diet of junk food in childhood reduces intelligence. Lack of breast feeding babies reduces intelligence. And these low-intelligence babies are carefully preserved and nurtured by the state.
