Republicans have remained firmly opposed, arguing the real problem is Biden’s climate agenda, and Democrats have also called it “shortsighted” to redirect the money away from roads.

That leaves Biden with just the limited powers of the bully pulpit to make a difference in costs.

That last sentence is where I stopped reading.

I stopped reading at myth3. He issued a large number of EO's that specifically shut down new leasing. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/01/27/executive-order-on-tackling-the-climate-crisis-at-home-and-abroad/ This is just one. There are others.

What the article failed to mention was : Democrats are largely responsible for the economy shutting down during the "pandemic". They pushed the shutdown with their weasel Fauci. The closed the shipping ports. They closed the schools. yet they try to put the responsibility on people that had no control of it. There were profits to be made by Pfizer and no one was getting in the way of that. Stores are "price gouging" and not one mention of that. They just blame it on the energy sector. I'm all for electric cars , but there is not enough minerals to produce them cheaply. It's all fucking bullshit.
