Pregnant foreigners come to the US to have anchor babies. Pregnant Brooklyn Puerto Rrican women go to PR to have their kids so they have a PR birth certificate. No federal income tax. We will see pregnant women from red states going to blue states to have an abortion. Abortion tourism will be a thing.
