I just watched a video on this by Mark Holdice. It's pretty incredible. I'd feel pity for him going through that decline if he wasn't a race traitor trying to ruin this country and racemix it to hell.
About the note with instructions....it only works if he can remember to reference the note.
Source: father with cognitive decline. Loses keys and wallet ALL THE TIME. I have a nice big junk bowl by the front door for him to always put his crap in as soon as he comes inside. It's what I've practiced at my house as long as I can remember. But if he ignores the bowl, then it's useless and his keys and wallet disappear.
