How do you think things will shake out with the redflag laws they are going to try and pass? Supreme court already ruled those as unconstitutional.
Much the same as in NY, the Biden Junta will push for extra-constitutional power (both State and Federal) to enact laws that clearly violate due process. They'll act on those laws until the courts stop them, if that even happens, and write new laws to do the same thing. Rinse and repeat until we've achieved a Socialist state.
You would think the courts would strike back at some point against parties pushing such blatantly unconstitutional bullshit. Afterall it robs the court of power. There were originally supposed to be penalties for doing such things.
