Are they retarded, or trying to look like they are doing something? Both?

Stop blocking drilling on federal lands. Open the pipeline projects back up. Arrest the executives of Union Pacific for domestic terrorism and conspiracy to manipulate the price of a commodity, just like the SEC did to the hunt bro's in the 80s. Gas will be half price in a week.
