It's never been so obvious that a press secretary just simply turns the page to a pre-written script for a keyword and tries to read from that page as it is with this press secretary. Now some have had reference books to refer to for specific facts and figures or talking points but usually they actually Incorporated those talking points into words that they themselves thought of to say in a more direct answer to a question. This idiots literally just reading the page and not even able to do that very well
