They're going to come after ammo next. Counties and States will pass ordnances that ammunition manufacturing isn't allowed within the district/area. The Brandon Administration will then use the IRS and FBI to investigate ammo manufacturers and will tie them up in legal compliance lawsuits for years, or they'll find some circuit court federal judge to issue an injunction against ammo production in that particular State.

Legal precedent well established it as unlawful even if passed. Well argued as it relates to poll taxes and permit/licensing vs rights. Never mind excessive or distinct taxation is a clear infringement.

Basically if you have to pay to exercise a right then it's not a right. To change a right to a privilege requires a constitutional amendment.

I understand your point. Mine is that the Senate won't care and the law will be passed, then immediately challenged.
