I don't think anyone could file suit right now anyway, the courts would just say they haven't been injured by the incorrect census counts and dismiss the case.

At some point someone will get standing and the court is going to have to answer a very big question:

What are the damages from a lost vote?

They can't say $0.00 or your vote would be determined worthless. They can't make it too small because it would confirm what people think. Can't make it so big as to trigger felony...

Can make it small enough to just send people a check to fully restore them when you vote their ballot...

This is one of the most important political discussions that could be taken by a court and they keep not getting that case.

Redistricting/gerrymandering is one of the mainstays of democratic politics. No surprise here.
