Totally called this one. Was there ever any doubt about the outcome? Are there still people out there who maintain a faint glimmer of hope that, maybe, this time, the system will uphold the law, do the right thing and punish the guilty? Bullshit process crime anyway. The important thing is to note the selective application of consequences for these charges.

If you are against the deep state the consequences of such charges are impoverishment with or without imprisonment.

Does anyone know if Sussman lost his total net worth to this trial? I suspect we would hear about the inhumanity of this were it so.

Making a false statement to the feds is not just a process crime when you purposely approach and defraud the feds. Lying to CYA or "lying" to CYA is a bullshit process crime.

Stipulated. It was kind of like swatting. That this time is different? Makes no difference that matters. People that care sigh and say, "I told you so." Is Sussman talking to a bankruptcy lawyer or scrambling to refinance to a 5/1 arm or interest only mortgage? Pulling the kids from college and asking for a tuition and fee refund? Observe this doubt face.
