This is huge. If universities don't comply it could put their federal funding in jeopardy. They will bend over backwards and punish anyone accused of using the wrong pronoun with a 'zero-tolerance policy'. There won't be a meaningful due process just like what happened with the Dear Colleague letter under Obama, which was also under Title IX.
