This is huge. If universities don't comply it could put their federal funding in jeopardy. They will bend over backwards and punish anyone accused of using the wrong pronoun with a 'zero-tolerance policy'. There won't be a meaningful due process just like what happened with the Dear Colleague letter under Obama, which was also under Title IX.

Universities have been draining money like sieves, and absolutely no one i know even takes them seriously anymore outside of super douchy asshole hipsters and wannabees. It's gotten so bad that a lot of companies in my field will hire the guy with no degree and risk it over someone who'se over qualified. My brother is seeing the outcome of this insanity now, he has a very high degree of (((education))) BUT his jobs pay less than what I make without a degree at all (I make 250,000 and he barely was able to pass 100,000). And the jobs where he does want to work pay even less, even though he has way more certified schooling than i do. Turns out the easiest way to win the jewish game is to just not play the game at all
