That's essentially what this shit show of an administration is gonna do, states like Wyoming, Montana and the Dakotas are just gonna say fuck it, and stop reporting anything alltogether. These states already lose a shit ton of cash due to the highway funding clauses (read government coercion) and multiple times they had to rewrite laws to circumvent the bullshit the ATF threw at them. Remember 4473? Well Montana and Wyo got around that by simply allowing private sales of any firearm. Conceal Carry permit bullshit? Those are gone now. Pistol permits? Nope, none of those.
