Not sure how they measure this but I feel like it's more like 25% just from my own observation
Because all of this retrofit-redesign-retool-rework-redo bullshit due to parts shortages affects the assembler's output as well as the engineer's.
Oh wow, it's almost like 2 years of workers being forced to work under covid bullshit measures is starting to catch up!
Your typical worker (who doesn't "work remotely", fuck those people) has had to take on more duties, more hours, and more difficulty communicating with all the college degree holding assholes who "manage" the business. Many of the best workers would flee these conditions. This leaves the remaining workers stretched very thin. I call this "red-lining your employees". You can do this for only so long before shit starts breaking down.
It'll start with people calling out sick more frequently and silly interpersonal conflict. People will begin to hate being at their job more and more, because every day it's more and more stress for money that is very rapidly losing its value.
Then there's all the people who lost their jobs over covid hoax. All of this adds up. This is why I said, back when Trump allowed states to brutalize us the way we were, that Trump had effectively slit the throat of the USA and it will bleed to death over the next few years. When a throat is cut, it hurts, it's dramatic, it looks horrifying- but the death occurs slowly. The slitting was the plandemic. The bleeding out is what we've been witnessing since.
