There is no current constitutional crisis on Roe vs. Wade. If there is, the crisis was the original ruling, based on a lie. The constitution is moot on this topic but says the power resides with the people or the state, in all such cases. As the constitution provides no protection for harm to self or others, states are free to create laws and regulation accordingly.
