This would simply give each state the right to decide..of course, the SCOTUS may also decide babies are actual humans, too…then no state could do it at all.

Rule on something that honestly doesn't effect the states, but gives an excuse for the lesbians, gays, and 40+ year old women (ie everyone that is not actually effected but can express outrage) to be enraged about. The president is a dictator thay would have screamed 2 years ago . We need to "blame" this on Biden.
