I think the degeneracy was starting to set in as I left high school 15 years ago here in Australia. I remember for sex ed they tried to teach us how to put condoms on, males had a male teacher and females got a female teacher and they used a banana and real condoms. around the age of 12 - 13 for perspective. I don't remember them sending home permission slips for the parents and I hate to imagine how much further they have pushed the boundaries since.
