Harris (or her handlers, to be more precise) would need to convince seven cabinet members to sign on. I think they'd have more luck forcing Jill Biden... excuse me... Dr. Jill Biden to convince Joe to step down. It would be pitched as him doing the right thing, for the good of the "democracy."
