We're living the nightmare you propose. The only reason you don't like it is that the power the government has is being used to do things you don't like.

"is being used to do things you don't like."

And you do like it?

You're ignoring the unequivocal fact that a groundswell majority of companies, owned by a small minority of financial institutions, empowered by money printing (at our expense), are establishing a precedent of locking more and more of us out of general society.

You're ignoring the unequivocal fact that they're premising our access to the ability to live free in society, on the grounds of accepting a dangerous and toxic medical procedure.

Thats what your argument is defending.

You can claim thats not your intention, but that doesn't change the fact thats what you're effectively arguing is ok.

I hate to be the one to say this Hop, because I've always enjoyed your commentary:

If we're being frank, you're either disingenuous or you're naive. Choose.

I'm not ignoring it. I'm telling you the solution is never to give government more power. It will never work. I'll stake my life on it.

The real question is how did it come to be that there are gigantic corporations owned by a tiny number of financial institutions, and the answer is government with too much power.

Thats what your argument is defending.

I am defending freedom. Freedom does not mean freedom to do what I want you to do.

Ah ideal and idealogy before pragmatism.

I guess I can accept your argument of the long view.

But also you must understand government is a 'territory' and tool. If you don't fight to capture it, someone else will.

Whether or not you dismantle it (sooner or) later, is another matter, as long as others like corporations in a command economy disguised as a republic, aren't given the opportunity to first capture (and then, weaponize) it.
