You have this very very backwards. 6 months ago the house was bringing up committees into finding out about the gouging from the oil companies (prices should've dropped even further than they did under Trump). Who owns the oil companies ? ..... where does that big money funnel too ? This is why they rushed into help Ukraine (rushed in after 8 years) They didn't want anyone snooping around their books so they simply tried to start another war to keep noses out. Looks like they're succeeding.
