What I was thinking as I watched some of the speech is that nobody believes what Biden is saying. We know Biden himself doesn't believe it. The Republicans certainly don't believe it. Even the Democrats don't believe it. Everyone in the room knew Biden was telling one lie after another, yet they jumped up like trained seals to clap their flippers together on cue.
