You are being distracted. They are ethnically cleansing Ukraine. But you aren't supposed to talk about that.
I am interested in hearing more of this take. When you get some time, elaborate on your post if you will.
The Wikipedia article on the does have a lot of good info. It is of course censored and bias. So read it with that in mind by taking anything negative and multiplying it by 10.
On one hand, Ukraine will become ethnically purer. On the other, it's the Jews trying to seize control over Ukraine through ethnic cleansing. And while Ukraine may initially become ethnically purer, it will fall under EU control and then end up like the rest of the EU.
As for the Soviets forcibly making areas more diverse in order to prevent them from rising up - Again, they sugar coat it because it was mainly against Northern Europeans. One quick fact is - By the fall of the Soviet Union, native Latvians represented only 52% of the population of their own country. In Estonia, the figure was 62%. Meanwhile, Kazakhstan is only 30% Kazakh.
Even Yeltsin (the last leader of the USSR) officially declared that the mass deportations were "Stalin's policy of defamation and genocide."
Me personally, I'm descended from Volga River Germans. So I have a lot of interest in this subject. Luckily my ancestors left before the Jews took over Russia. But if I search my last name, all I find are records of my relatives being relocated and dying in the Gulags.
