I want him to tell the Plan already. He's making a promise here, and his motto was 'promises made, promises kept'. It's my hope that this isn't just him being chatty. A nice short answer is he's not ready to announce anything. Yet, he keeps telling us he knows what will make us happy.

I don't think he can announce his candidacy for president just yet, if that's what his plan is. It would make me happy to hear that he's not running. The country would be better served by him not being president again, IMHO.
