New York State law does not allow non-citizens to vote. We don't need to change election laws, we need to enforce them. Federalizing voting is the worst choice. Placing control of elections into an ever smaller group of corrupt individuals only ensures voting fraud.

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof....” what Annony Mee is proposing is no different than the DNC "So, if we federalize elections, our single goal is to ensure the validity of votes for federal elective office. " Taking away the control of elections from State Legislatures and handing it over to Federal Election Bureaucrats. Doing this will take away the power of the people and ensure voting fraud in Red states will be Federally protected.
