An open source, community sponsored and operated parallel scanning system at every polling site.

the community would have full transparency to the parallel system. this eliminates questions about scanner firmware and operators.

this provides the check and balance system americans crave and doesn't cost the government a penny. if counts at any polling place fell outside a margin of error the accountability would be clear.

I suggested last time that the scan results should be sent to an open source system that everyone had the right to code review. This wouldn't be used to provide an official count of anything, just provide a checksum against whatever the Dominion systems said. If everything is optically scanned and archived there should be no problems in just rerunning a count if there are errors.

I do think there should be minimal standards of accountability set at the federal level, instead of this current shitshow of doing whatever they feel like doing on a budget of $2.46
