That may have been possible a year ago, but I think every corporate lawyer right now is probably advising their board that this may result in a lot of lawsuits from employees if something goes wrong.
This isn't to say that companies won't do it, especially the more woke ones, but those who wanted to do it and were using OSHA as an out may not be so quick to implement it now.
We got an email at work related to the Supreme Court ruling. Something like, "While we encourage everyone to get vaccinated, we will not be implementing a mandate."

The only companies that I saw announce mandates yesterday were Citigroup, chase, Goldman Sachs and another big bank that also runs the federal reserve.
They’ve already been stealing trillions, they can always find new idiots to take the place of the fired or pay for the lawsuits.
