I don’t think a Mayor has that authority? Unfortunately the legal system is so cumbersome and corrupt, only mass resistance will send the message. The city of Portland Oregon has shown how a small group of agitators can shut down a government courthouse. Why not shut down the mayors office? It’s seems much easier to do then a federal courthouse.
