The author would agree with you, as do I. 'Give them 40 acres and a mule' was meant dismissively.
My main complaint about the idea of reparations - other than that NONE ARE OWED - is that the next generation of lazy niggers would demand their own, because this one would squander it all. No scheme would ever be the end of the discussion.

Yes. Just look at Germany and the extortion going on with jewish reparations. Everytime jews demand reparations from the Germans, they get what (((they))) demand. Later, it's never enough.
