It's called the dialectic. Concensus is good and discord is evil. External authority is not to be tolerated. The one who disrupts the synthesis and brings conflict to the group's thought is the one who sets mankind back on his journey to humanistic godhood. Or so they believe, whether they're willing to put it in bare terms or not.
