I think it's more about reassuring the vaxxtards that they're "safe" and that their poison gene therapy shots are "safe and effective, goy" so they can keep the gravy and murder-train going without people noticing. It's pretty hilarious to me though that the vaxxtards simultaneously brag about how safe they are while Child Rapin' Joe tells them they'll get the jewflu anyway, and they don't even seem to notice this, or outright claim it's impossible for them to get it if they have the poison gene therapy.
